We wanted something different.

So we designed it.

The Upper Echelon is a small collection of baseball caps made to fit seamlessly into a woman’s everyday wardrobe.

The idea

We weren’t trying to reinvent the baseball cap.
We were trying to remove everything that didn’t belong.

No loud logos.
No cheap printing.
No overly sporty silhouettes.

Just well-made caps.

Our caps are embroidered, never screen printed.
Produced in small batches.
Finished locally, with attention to proportion, texture, and feel.
